High Tech Product Placement on 24

It’s fun to watch all of the gadgets on 24. On tonight’s episode there was a scene that featured a video conference with three large flat-screen TV’s. This is an actual product called Cisco TelePresence. Any guesses on how much Cisco paid Fox for this product placement? Watch the clip here.

I am going to take a stab at it. I saw the same thing when I was watching 24 and asked myself the same question.

Oh, the answer? somewhere around $150,000. That’s about 10 to 15 seconds of placement, and no creation fee. A steal if you can get it. Money well spent if the president uses it.
